Fengate Asset Management has announced the acquisition of the 160 MW Prairie Switch wind project from Triple Oak Power. The wind farm is located outside Houston, Texas, USA.
Fengate and Meta Platforms, Inc. signed a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) for the project's entire output as part of the deal.
The Prairie Switch Wind project will deploy 48 units of 3.4 MW wind turbines manufactured by GE Renewable Energy and is anticipated to be completely operational by the end of 2023.
