Harrison Street has completed the acquisition of an under-construction 28 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA from Soltage.
The project is currently under development in Warren County on land owned by the Cincinnati Zoo in the PJM power market. The solar farm is originally developed by Melink Solar Development and has been fully contracted for ten years with two power purchase agreements (PPAs).
Indiana-based EPC contractor, Inovateus Solar, is building the project, and a subsidiary of Nelnet, Inc. will serve as the tax equity investor for the Project.
