European Energy has entered into an agreement for the sale of a 55 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Denmark.
The solar farm was connected to the grid in January 2022 and is designed to generate enough for up to 15,000 homes. The closing of the deal is expected to take place before the end of 2022.
European Energy’s financial guidance for 2022 remains unchanged at an EBITDA of EUR135 million (US$143.3 million) and profit before tax of EUR100 million (US$106.16 million). The Danish company develops, builds, and operates wind power and solar energy plants in several countries, including Sweden.
