Encavis AG has reached ready-to-build status for its 140 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Brønderslev in North Jutland, Denmark.

The solar farm is the second successful project from the more than 500 MW strong strategic development partnership of solar projects with GreenGo Energy and Encavis in Denmark.

The project will feature bifacial solar modules mounted on single-axis trackers being built northeast of Aalborg. Once completed, it will provide subsidy-free renewable energy that will be sold directly to an industrial customer under a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA), expected to last ten years.
