Ervia, Eirgrid launches tender to provide Economic and Regulation Advisory Services

The commercial semi-state companies of Ervia and Eirgrid has launched an advisory tender that seeks companies that will provide a multi-party framework for the provision of economic and regulation advisory services to Ervia. 

The advisory services include:

1. energy, telecoms and water services revenue reviews and economic matters;
2. energy, telecoms and water services efficiency analysis and benchmarking;
3. energy, telecoms and water services development of regulatory strategies;
4. energy, telecoms and water services market analysis, trends and assessment including energy wholesale and retail markets and low/zero-carbon energy markets;
5. economic regulatory framework design;
6. cost of capital across telecom, energy, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, decarbonization, and water sectors;
7. financial modelling across telecom, energy, and water sectors;
8. energy, telecoms, and water services network access and pricing.

The contract will be delivered for 36 months with an extension of up to two years. 

The deadline for the submission of documents to participate in the tender is on October 28, 2020.
