Enso Energy has launched a public consultation for the development of its 160 MW Alaw Môn Solar Farm and energy storage facility located in the Isle of Anglesey, Wales, in the United Kingdom.
Enso Energy has planned spread solar panels on around 750 acres of farmland situated to the south of Llyn Alaw (Lily Lake), predominantly used for grazing. The project is expected to generate enough power to supply the consumption of about 34,000 homes.
The consultation is taking place for 6 weeks from 24th June 2021 to the 4th of August 2021.
The residents and local stakeholders are being invited by Enso Energy to engage in their virtual webinar on 6th July 2021, to explain and discuss the proposals.
