ENERCON France has signed a supply contract with Valorem for the delivery and installation of six E-82 E4 wind energy converters on the site of Ceilhes-et-Rocozels in Hérault, France.
The 14.1 MW Amoures Bouissac wind farm project represents a total of EUR24.5 million (US$24.16 million) of investment. Once operational, the project will generate up to 36 GWh per year which is enough for the consumption of up to 11,000 inhabitants.
The development of the Amoures Bouissac project started in 2001 and planning permission was secured in 2016. It is targeted for commissioning by early 2024.
