Japanese oil company Eneos Corp, through its subsidiary Eneos Vietnam Co Ltd, has completed the acquisition of a 19% stake in the operator of the 35 MWp solar photovoltaic plant in Vietnam from Shizen Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Named as 'Hau Giang Solar Power Plant', the project is owned and operated by VKT-Hoa An Joint Stock Company, a joint venture of Shizen Malaysia, a unit of Shizen Energy, and Halcom Vietnam JSC.
The project has been in full operation since February 2021.
