Electric utility group Enel Colombia, part of Italy’s Enel SpA has announced that its 187 MW La Loma solar project is close to 70% completed.
The US$126 million project is located in the department of Cesar, Colombia. The project consists of around 121,300 panels and injected the first power into the grid in February of 2022.
Once operational, the project is expected of generating some 420 GWh of power annually.
