Ellomay to divest 49% stake in 300 MW solar PV project in Spain

Ellomay plans to divest its 49% stake in the Talasol solar farm in Spain.

The project comprises a 300 MW solar power generation facility located in Talaván, Cáceres. The scheme consists of 400-kV step-up substation and line connecting the plant to the grid. It will generate approximately 490-565 GWh per annum, depending on the final design.
