EDF completes purchase of US Wind Inc from Toto Holding Group

EDF Renewables North America has completed the purchase of an offshore wind lease area in New Jersey from US Wind Inc, a unit of Toto Holding Group. 

The 183,353-acre-zone asset is located about 7 miles (11.3km) off the coast of Atlantic City on the US Outer Continental Shelf. The deal represents a total value of US$215 million plus a deferred variable payment.
