Cypark starts commercial operation of 30 MW solar project in Kedah

Renewables and green technology developer Cypark Resources Bhd, in partnership with Revenue Vantage, has started the commercial operation of its 30 MWac solar photovoltaic project located in Kedah, Malaysia. 

Cypark Ref Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Cypark Resources, served as the turnkey contractor and project financier for the development of the solar park. Cypark Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd, another unit of Cypark Resources, will be in charge of the operation and maintenance of the plant for a period of 21 years. 

The consortium won the project in competitive bidding held in December 2017.
