A consortium consists of Hi Korea Co Ltd, a South Korean company whose business is in rubber product and construction, and entities called Daihan Green Energy Co Ltd and Pabna Solar Power Ltd, is planning to develop a 70 MW solar photovoltaic project in the Ishwardi upazila of Pabna district in Bangladesh.
The government of Bangladesh, through the Bangladesh Power Development Board, is seeking to sign a 20-year power purchase deal for US$0.1015 per kWh of energy produced from the plant.
