CCE-Enernovum completes sale of 254 MW solar projects in Italy
The joint venture of CCE Group GmbH and Enernovum GmbH & Co KG has sold the development right of a 254 MW solar photovoltaic portfolio in Italy.
The deal is completed with an unnamed European investor. The details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Law firm Dentons helped the companies during the negotiations phase.
