Potegowo Mashav Sp. z o.o., a special purpose vehicle owned by Israel Infrastructure Fund through local firm Mashav Energy Sp. z o.o., has secured financing for the 37.4 MW extension of the Potegowo wind farm project in Poland.
Dentons’ Banking and Finance and Energy and Natural Resources teams in Warsaw advised financing institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, DNB Bank Polska, mBank, Bank Pekao, and PZU, on the financing granted to Potęgowo Mashav.
Once completed, the Potęgowo wind power plant’s total capacity will reach 256.9 MW.
