Capital Energy has started the construction of a 20 MW solar photovoltaic project in the autonomous region of Spain's Extremadura.
The La Solana solar PV farm will consist of 37,500 solar panels and can generate up to 39,000 MWh of energy per year. The project represents about EUR13 million (US$15.7 million) of investment in the province of Caceres, where the solar farm will be built.
