Bluefield Solar Income Fund completes acquisition of Bradenstoke Solar Park

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd has completed the acquisition of a 70 MW solar photovoltaic plant located on a 213-acre site at a former Royal Air Force (RAF) airbase in Wiltshire, England.

The project has been in operation since March 2015 and operates under the Renewable Obligation Certificate (ROC) system with a tariff of 1.4 ROCs.

The deal is closed for GBP89 million (US$120 million) of investment. Burges Salmon advises Bluefield Solar in the transaction.
