Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd (BSIF) has completed the acquisition of a 93.2 MW solar and wind portfolio in the UK from an undisclosed UK-based fund manager for a total of GBP 112.4 million (US$137.51 million) in equity.
The portfolio consists of 15 solar PV plants with a total capacity of 64.9 MWp and four wind farms with a combined capacity of 28.3 MWp. The projects are developed across England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland.
