BlackRock GRP III and Aediles have concluded the acquisition of 97 MWp of Distributed Solar Energy Projects located in Chile. The project was developed by RRG Capital Management in partnership with local authorities. Honorato Delaveau was the advisor to Aediles and BlackRock GRP III, while Carey Abogados and JV Legal advised RRG for this transaction.
RRG Capital Management is a global alternative asset manager that aims to combine renewable energy with sustainable investment returns to achieve positive social and environmental outcomes.
The deal promises to power over 100,000 homes in Chile and to lower the country's carbon footprint, bringing it one step closer to the realization of its sustainable energy ambitions.
