Black & Veatch secures contract to develop the 270 MW Project Parker solar PV plant in Texas

Black & Veatch has been awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract by Buckeye Partners L.P. to build the 270 MW Project Parker solar photovoltaic plant in Texas, USA. 

The project will be located on two adjacent sites near Waco, in Falls County. The construction of the project, which will include more than 500,000 solar panels, is expected to be completed in early 2023.

In August 2021, Buckeye has acquired the PV Project Parker from OCI Solar Power LLC, a Texas-based subsidiary of OCI Co Ltd.
