Better Energy has started the commercial operation of the 51 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Næstved, in Region Sjælland on the island of Zealand, Denmark. in Næstved.
The zero-subsidy project is a result of the 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) that was signed in September of 2019 with Google.
The project is connected to the same electric grid with Google's new data center in Fredericia and is expected to generate electricity to supply about 32,500 homes.
