Bahrain has opened a tender for the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of a 3 MW grid-tied solar power plant for the country’s General Sport Authority. By this RFP, the Purchaser seeks to invite Bidders to provide their proposals for the Supply, design, engineering, procurement, transportation, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning within an expected timeframe of ten months plus 5 years (60 months) comprehensive operations & maintenance for a capacity of 3 MW grid-tied solar PV power plant for General Sport Authority under CAPEX model.
The tender has received nine applications since its publication on 20 November 2025. The public notice does not feature a closing date for applications.
