Audax develops 320 MW solar PV projects in Spain

Audax Renovables, whose activity focuses on the commercialization and generation of 100% renewable electricity, has incorporated a portfolio of photovoltaic projects for 320 MW for its development and start-up, 60 MW of which are in a very advanced phase.

Audax Renovables intends to increase its generation portfolio in order to supply its customers with renewable energy produced in its own plants, has added to its portfolio photovoltaic projects located in Andalusia, Castilla la Mancha and Murcia regions in Spain. The company plans to develop and commission these 320 MW projects in the coming months. An official report collected by Energía Limpia XXI points out that in the last General Shareholders' Meeting, the company presented the main lines of action for 2022 that will help the company to remain as the 1st independent trader in the SME segment of the Spanish market, cover 2/3 of the energy supplied to its customers with PPAs, based on an asset rotation policy, and replicating the growth model in international business. The report also announced the BBB-rating with a stable trend.

The portfolio, once operational, will be able to generate up to 600 GWh of electricity per year, it is an equivalent to the yearly consumption of more than 175,000 households.
