Ellomay Capital Ltd has agreed to sell its 49% stakes in the 300 MWp Talasol solar project in Spain to a Capital Dynamics vehicle and Fond-ICO Infraestructuras II, FICC.
The solar park, located Talaván, Cáceres, Spain, consists of 400-kV step-up substation and line connecting the plant to the grid. It generates approximately 490-565 GWh per annum.
The two buyers acquired the interest for EUR16.1 million (US$18.2 million), subject to adjustments. Each of the new partners will get a 24.5% stake in the wind farm while Ellomay Capital will own 51%.
The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2019.
