Aquila European Renewables Income Fund (AERIF), the London-listed investment company advised by Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbh, has acquired 100% of the shares in Svindbaek Vindkraft HoldCo ApS (Svindbaek HoldCo) for a total consideration of EUR25.3 million (US$28.3 million).
