Asper Investment Management Ltd (Asper) has agreed on behalf of one of its funds under management, to sell its 100% holding in Vasa Vind Holdings AB (Vasa Vind) to funds managed by APG Asset Management N.V. (APG).
Stockholm-based Vasa Vind was established in 2013 and is one of the leading developers and operators of onshore wind projects in the Nordic region. Vasa Vind developed and built 337 MW of large-scale onshore wind projects in Sweden and is currently constructing another 60 MW as well as developing a further pipeline of around 1 GW of greenfield projects.
