Anaergia intends to build a biogas plant for Toyo Energy Solution Company in Okayama, Japan.
The biogas power plant will anaerobically digest approximately 250 tonnes of cow manure per day from the surrounding area. The project will use the resulting biogas to power a combined heat and power (CHP) generator system which will result in saving approximately 13,500 tonnes of CO2e in emissions.
The plant will be designed, engineered, installed, and commissioned by Anaergia. Toyo will be in charge of the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).
