French companies Akuo Energy and IEL Energie have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Vojvodina government in Serbia for the development of an 85 MW Basaid wind project that will be located near Kikinda, in northern Serbia.
The EUR120 million (US$134 million project) is part of the framework agreement with the French and Serbian Governments.
