Adani Green Energy, a unit of Adani Group, has completed the acquisition of 107,100 shares or 51% interest in Kodangal Solar Parks Pvt Ltd (KSPPL), the owner of the 20 MW Kodangal solar photovoltaic project located in the town of Bagewadi, in Karnataka, India.
The facility has an existing 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd at a fixed rate of INR5,480 (US$77.19) per MWh. The project was acquired from FS India Devco Pvt Ltd for about INR 16.9 million (US$238,400).
