Sekura Energy Ltd has agreed to acquire two operating and another two under construction assets of Essel Infraprojects Ltd, the infrastructure arm of the Essel Group.
The projects involved are:
The NRSS XXXVI and Warora-Kurnool projects are set to be commissioned by December 2019.
Sekura Energy is a renewable energy platform backed by Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus fund.
The deal is subjected to pending regulatory, lender approvals and closing conditions.
