ACME Cleantech Solutions has signed an agreement with Actis Capital for the sale of solar photovoltaic projects in India with a combined capacity of 600 MW.
The deal represents about INR30 billion (US$403 million) of investment. The equity value of the transaction is about INR9 billion (US$120 million).
The proceeds will be used by ACME Cleantech Solutions to finance the additional capacity and repay a debt to Piramal Finance Ltd.
