Acciona has completed the purchase of 50% interest of two wind farms with a combined capacity of 52.5 MW in Spain from Aldesa.
The projects involved are the 24 MW Eólico Alijar wind farm located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) and the 28.5 MW Valdivia Energía Eólica wind farm located in Osuna (Seville).
With the proceeds of this sale, Aldesa has decided to buy back part of the EUR250 (US$285.48) million in bonds issued in 2014 to a coupon of 7.5%
