Trianel Erneuerbare Energien GmbH & Co. KG (TEE) has acquired the Dreieck Spreeau wind project located in Brandenburg from ABO Wind AG.
The Spreeau wind farm consists of eight Vestas V150-4.2MW wind turbines. With a total output of 33.6 MW, the wind farm is the largest in the TEE portfolio to date. The wind farm is being planned and built by ABO Wind in the area of the municipality of Spreenhagen in Brandenburg. The commissioning of the wind farm is planned for the end of 2021. Once operational, it will produce around 110 million kilowatt-hours per year - this corresponds to the consumption of around 33,000 households and saves around 75,000 tons of carbon dioxide annually.
The complex contract between ABO Wind and TEE was managed on the part of TEE by the law firm GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
