Abengoa secures contract for a new electrical substation in Ancud

Abengoa has been selected by Transmisora del Pacífico, a company owned by Group Transelec, for the execution of Chile's national transmission system expansion plan.

Abengoa will be responsible for the construction of a new electrical substation in Ancud that will connect with two sectioning diagonals of the existing 220 kV Melipulli - Chiloé line and another 2x220 kV Tineo - Nueva Ancud line.
