Dunas Clean Energy has connected the 19.77 MWp Calera solar PV plant to the grid consisting of 34,720 solar panels, located in the municipality of Novés in the province of Toledo, Spain.

At the end of 2022, GES (Global Energy Services Siemsa), part of the CL Industrial Group, completed the design, engineering, and construction of the Calera solar farm. GES handled civil and electrical works, equipment supplies, commissioning, and operational tests. The project was financed through a "unitranche" structure with Kobus Asset Finance I, guaranteed by the European Investment Fund (EIF). Calera is the first asset of the Dunas Clean Energy I FCR fund, expected to produce 42,000 MWh annually, powering around 13,000 homes in Spain.
