Energa Wytwarzanie SA has signed a preliminary agreement to buy 100% of shares in Lewandpol Holding, the owner of a 334 MW hybrid wind and solar project in Greater Poland.
The Kleczew project, located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, is currently in progress and involves the installation of up to 315 MW of photovoltaic (PV) capacity and 19 MW of wind turbine capacity. The construction will occur in three phases, with the first phase comprising a 193.1-MW solar plant and a wind farm. The subsequent phases will add another 122 MW of solar capacity.
The initial PV facility was activated in June, and electricity sales are set to commence in early 2025. Upon its full completion in 2025, the hybrid park is expected to generate electricity for approximately 200,000 homes annually. The transaction is anticipated to be finalized in the first quarter of 2025.
PAD RES is planning to build two solar photovoltaic facilities with a combined capacity of 117 MW located in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland.
