Prumo Logística S.A. (Prumo), formerly LLX Logística S.A, is a conglomerate acting in the Brazilian energy and infrastructure sectors. Created in 2007, the company is controlled by EIG Global Energy Partners, an American fund involved in the infrastructure and energy sectors, and investment firm Mubadala Investment Company. Prumo developed the Açu port complex, in Rio de Janeiro state, which started operations in 2014.
