Company description

Qair  (formerly called Lucia Holding) is an Independent Power Producer (IPP), operating 220 MW of power generation assets exclusively from renewable sources. The group is in the construction and financing phase for 780 MW and is also developing 3 GW of assets for future deployment in the heart of the 12 territories in which it operates.

For more than 30 years, the company has relied on the historical know-how of its experts and the vision of its principal shareholder, Jean-Marc Bouchet. This long experience is based on the development and operation of more than 600 MW of renewable capacities in France, representing more than one billion euros of investment.

The company has changed its name from Lucia Holding in March 2020.
