The World Bank through its unit, International Finance Corporation (IFC), has launched tender to deliver legal consultancy services to support the Government of Seychelles in attracting private sectors for the planned 75 MW LNG Power Plant in the country.
The LNG power plant project will be implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
The chosen firm will deliver due diligence phase, transaction structuring, tender preparation, and implementation of the project.
The deadline for the submission of the documents is on May 2, 2019.
