Western Australia opens application for renewable hydrogen projects funding

The State Government of Western Australia has opened the application for the financing of the projects in the field of renewable hydrogen through an AUD10 million (US$6.8 million) fund. 

The Renewable Hydrogen Fund will provide up to AUS7 million (US$4.76 million) for the projects in the regional Western Australian locations, and up to AUD2 million (US$1.36 million) for the projects/activities in the Perth metropolitan area. An additional AUD1 million (US$680,000) will be allocated to resourcing, regulatory analysis, and other Government work to be undertaken by the newly established Renewable Hydrogen Unit (Unit).

The Fund welcomes application for funding until October 30, 2019.
