VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities (GSEO) has completed the acquisition of a 10.9 MW solar photovoltaic farm located in Queensland, Australia.
GSEO is investing up to GBP5.9 million (US$7.79 million) to develop the project. The solar farm will be equipped with battery energy storage systems.
Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP has advised VH Global in the transaction.
