Vestas has secured a 50 MW order from Passat Energy Sp z o.o, a special purpose vehicle wholly owned by Iberdrola Renovables Internacional S.A.U., for the Korytnica II wind farm project in central Poland.
The 50 MW Korytnica II project is an extension of the 83 MW Korytnica I onshore wind farm, which comprises 25 V126-3.3 MW Vestas turbines. Vestas will supply and install 14 of its V126-3.45 MW turbines in 3.6 MW operating mode at a hub height of 132 meters.
