Vestas to supply turbines for 266 MW wind project in Texas

Vestas has secured a turbine deal for the 266 MW Goodnight I onshore wind project located Texas, USA.

The order, placed by Omega Energia, consists of 59 V136-4.5 MW turbines, as well as a 30-year Active Output Management (AOM 5000) service agreement, designed to ensure optimized performance of the asset.

The delivery and commissioning of the turbines are included in the order, with the delivery to start in Q2 2023, and the commissioning to take place in Q3 2022.
