Oriana Power, a Noida-based renewable energy company, has secured an INR1 billion (US$12.08 million) contract for the turnkey
engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 29 MW captive open-access solar project in Karnataka, India.
Oriana Power will manage every stage of the project's life cycle, including design, engineering, supply, and installation. Furthermore, the company will offer operation and maintenance services for a full year after the project is commissioned, which is projected to occur within five months. Oriana Power has successfully completed over 100 MW of solar projects using two main business models: Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model.
