US Solar Fund, Heelstone Renewable Energy sign agreement for 177 MW solar portfolio sale
US Solar Fund has entered into an agreement with the Heelstone Renewable Energy LLC for the sale of a 177 MWdc solar photovoltaic portfolio in the USA.
The portfolio consists of 22 solar PV parks that have been in operation since 2016 and are operating under fixed-price power purchase agreements (PPA).
The deal is expected to close in February 2020.
