Univergy, Trina Solar to build a 121 MW El Campano solar PV project in Chinu

Univergy International, in partnership with Trina Solar, has won in a recently launched auction for the development of the 121 MW El Campano photovoltaic solar energy project located in Chinu, Colombia.

The El Campano project is part of 256 MW agreement of Univergy and Trina Solar for Colombia. The rest of the projects are expected to enter the construction phase by 2020, as well as the commercialization of the energy that will be carried out through private PPAs.
