Tenergie has completed the purchase of two photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 20.7 MWp, located in Ollières in the Var, historically carried by Equinox IV, of which Rive Private Investment and Banque des Territoires are shareholders.
The two ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants are located in the commune of Ollières, in the heart of the Var. They benefit from major assets such as exceptional sunshine, an altitude of more than 500 m and a full South orientation. These two solar parks produce 32 GWh of green electricity per year, equivalent to the consumption of nearly 6,800 homes.
With this acquisition, Tenergie continues to grow and expand its photovoltaic park. Tenergie confirms, once again, its unique expertise in the recovery of operating solar power plants. The group currently has a fleet of 404 MW in France and plans to operate more than 500 MW by the end of 2019.
Watson, Farley, & Williams has advised Rive Private Investment in the sale.
