Tender process for the development of a Micro Power Plant and Hydroelectric Power Station in the City of Châlons-en-Champagne

The public service delegation of City of Châlons-en-Champagne has launched a tender process to cover the design, construction, commercial operation (only of the micro-power plant) and the maintenance-maintenance (including major maintenance) of a hydroelectric power station and a white water river.

It is specified that the city intends indeed keep the management / animation of the river of white water in control. The city must obtain beforehand a French waterways authorization, owner and manager of the fluvial public domain.

The scope of work will include the design and construction of the microcentrale, the whitewater river and a fishway; the technical responsibility (maintenance and conservation maintenance) of the site as a whole; the commercial exploitation of the microcentrale.

The delegatee will assume the project management of the works and will collect revenue from users and bear the costs of all maintenance, maintenance and ESM services over the duration of the contract and repairs to damage to property.
