Astris Finance has advised Engie Solar and Caisse des Dépôts in connection with the refinancing of the 13.1 MWp Solaire Corsica solar portfolio located in Corsica, France, originally developed by SolaireDirect. The scheme spreads over 3 ground-mounted power plants.
La Banque Postale and BPI France act as co-Mandated Lead Arrangers of the project. The refinancing allowed the Sponsors to extend the maturity, lower debt service coverage ratios and reduce financing cost. Astris Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Sponsors for the raising of the € 67 million facility.
