The city of Belgrade and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Serbia have launched a tender process seeking consultant for the Belgrade Solid Waste project. The project includes the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a waste treatment and disposal facility under a long-term PPP contract in Belgrade.
